Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Apartment in central Stockholm (kungsholmen). A 74m2 one bedroom apartment with an additional small room used as an office. The apartment has a large combined living room and kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and combined washing machine and dryer. We have a 40m2 private terrace with a dining table, lounge group and two sun loungers and private access to the communal garden (only used by the residents of the apartment building) with green grass, a barbeque you can book and an outdoor dining area. The location is very close to city centre (20 min walk) and close to subway, buses, shops, food stores, restaurants and cafes.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly, only 5 minute walk to a bustling centre with shopping mall, food stores, Systembolaget (to buy alcohol), restaurants, bars, cafes and communications such as bus and subway. The apartment is located on an island in central Stockholm (which is made up by islands), and you can walk around the island (approximately 10km, 2 hours) along the water. Very close to neighboring areas with more restaurants, bars and cafes. You can also swim and sunbathe at our Island of Kungsholmen, rent kayaks and SUP boards, rent bikes or electric scooters, or hop on a boat to another island.
